Return/Replacement Policy

Online Purchase both domestically and internationally

  • Our aim is that all our products reach you in perfect condition. If the products arrive with damaged or faulty; or receive an incorrect order please contact us within 24 hours of the date receive.

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where item(s) ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items and funds will be credited to the same payment method used.

  • If your item is damaged or faulty and we have stock for the same item, we may offer a replacement.

  • Online purchases can only be returned online. Please allow 28 days for your return to be received and processed.

  • All returns, exchanges, and price adjustments must be made in Thailand.

  • In case of shipping costs for returned products via post, the customer will be responsible for them, or the customer can pick up the products at the Chatuchak branch store with free of charge.

Chatuchak Store Purchase

  • If the product is damaged or defective after unpacking or if you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days from the date of purchase with proof of purchase in the form of a receipt.

  • We do not provide refunds for change of mind unless goods are damaged or faulty, and in instances where item(s) ordered are out of stock. We will provide refunds for these items and funds will be credited to the same payment method used.

  • If your item is damaged or faulty and we have stock for the same item, we may offer a replacement.

  • We will process the return within 7 business days from the date we have received the request into the returns system. Customers can pick up the returned product at the Chatuchak branch on a weekend, or customers are responsible for the shipping costs if they want the product returned via post.

ECOTOPIA Purchase

  • Please bring the payment receipt to show the staff at the branch where the product was purchased to exchange the product through the department store system within 7 days.
