Delivery Terms

If you find that your delivery area is unavailable.

  • The shop ships items via Thailand Post with Epacket service. It takes delivery within 14 working days worldwide.

  • Limited liquidation product with maximum of 100 ml per parcle with unlimited number of boxes.

  • Products containing flammable liquids, such as alcohol, cannot be shipped.

  • Dry goods can be delivered with unlimited pieces.

  • There is no minimum order for order online.

  • The shipping costs are based on the total weight of the product, including the weight of the box to be shipped to each destination.

  • Some countries are unable to deliver handmade spa products in all cases, such as Kuwait.

PACKING TERMS

  • We reserve the right to manage the packaging for delivery according to the store's consideration and conditions.

  • There is no additional charge for shipping replacement products damaged due to the store's error.
